Experienced Scaffolding Trainer

About the role

DISS Training & Consulting seeks an experienced Scaffolding Trainer to deliver practical, standards‑aligned training to construction and industrial professionals in Qatar. The role is freelance/part‑time and involves both classroom instruction and hands‑on demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured scaffolding training sessions covering safety, inspection, erection, and competency requirements.
• Conduct practical demonstrations and real‑world scenario exercises.
• Share industry best practices and technical knowledge with participants.
• Assess learner progress and provide feedback to ensure skill development.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of hands‑on scaffolding experience, preferably in the Middle East/GCC.
• Proven track record of scaffolding inspection, erection, and safety implementation.
• Valid Scaffolding Inspector Certificate from a recognized body.
• Train‑the‑Trainer (TTT) certification is mandatory.
