Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

MTM Group is looking for a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across its fitness and wellness facilities in Doha. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that building systems, gym equipment, pools and other assets operate efficiently while upholding the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance and upkeep of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool systems and gym equipment across all locations.
• Implement preventive, corrective and reactive maintenance plans to minimise downtime.
• Supervise internal maintenance teams, outsourced contractors and janitorial staff.
• Coordinate inspections, emergency repairs and regular facility checks.
• Monitor maintenance budgets, review quotations and support cost‑effective purchasing and vendor management.
• Maintain accurate maintenance reports, task completion records and operational documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, health regulations and company policies.
• Assist internal departments during events, equipment relocations, AV setups and special projects.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and supervisory experience managing technical teams.
• Proven background in facility, building or equipment maintenance.
• Understanding of workplace safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Facility Management or a related field preferred.
• Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality or similar environments is an advantage.
