F&B Coordinator

About the role

The F&B Coordinator provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the Food & Beverage department at The Ritz‑Carlton Doha. You will manage data entry, handle guest inquiries, and maintain accurate records using various computer systems. The role also involves upholding the brand’s Gold Standards in guest interactions and internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and retrieve information from computer databases, point‑of‑sale systems, and reservation platforms.
• Prepare letters, memos, and documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including date‑stamping, distribution, and filing of paper‑based records.
• Answer guest inquiries, welcome visitors, and assist individuals with disabilities in accordance with company standards.
• Operate standard office equipment, transmit documents via fax or email, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
