F&B Server – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The F&B Server will deliver warm, personalized food and beverage service to guests at Our Habitas, creating memorable experiences that reflect the brand’s service philosophy. You will welcome guests, take accurate orders, serve professionally, and anticipate needs throughout the dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests in a natural, confident manner, building genuine connections.
• Present menus, explain dishes, ingredients, and daily specials, and take precise orders.
• Prepare service areas, maintain cleanliness, and ensure proper table setups for each outlet.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and stewarding teams to deliver timely service.
• Process guest bills, handle payments, and post charges accurately.
• Support special events, private dining, and resort activations as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a server or in a similar hospitality role, preferably in a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant.
• Good spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and common allergens.
• Ability to use a POS system and handle guest payments accurately.

Required skills

• POS system operation.
• Strong product knowledge of menus, beverages, and promotions.
• Suggestive selling and upselling while prioritizing guest experience.
• Understanding of food safety and allergen communication.
