Female Sales Representative – Cosmetic Pharmaceuticals

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic female Sales Representative to promote our innovative cosmetic pharmaceutical products to beauty professionals, dermatologists and retail outlets across Doha and the wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell cosmetic pharmaceutical products to beauty professionals, dermatologists and retail outlets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product benefits.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Provide expert advice on product usage, benefits and applications.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor activities and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Attend trade shows, conferences and industry events to represent the company and generate leads.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and market intelligence using CRM software.
• Manage sales territory efficiently, planning travel and optimizing routes for client visits.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends and customer feedback to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical or cosmetic sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic pharmaceutical products and the beauty industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the region and a valid driver’s license.
• Understanding of local beauty and skincare trends in Qatar and surrounding regions.
