Finance Manager - Accounts Payable

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our Accounts Payable function. You will oversee end‑to‑end AP operations, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with financial policies and tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing, payment execution, and month‑end closing.
• Manage and develop the AP team to achieve operational excellence.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships while resolving payment‑related issues.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
• Drive process improvements, ERP optimization, and AP automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience, with at least 4 years in Accounts Payable or financial operations.
• Experience in the GCC region is preferred.
• Background in FMCG, import transactions, international suppliers, and taxation is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Sage or similar).
