Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will provide financial leadership for a family office and its portfolio of investments. Working closely with the CEO and investment team, the role ensures robust financial management, governance and reporting to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting across the family office.
• Oversee treasury, cash‑flow and liquidity management.
• Develop and maintain financial controls and reporting frameworks.
• Prepare and present financial reports for the family office and its entities.
• Support evaluation of investment opportunities through analysis, modelling and valuation.
• Assist with acquisitions, disposals and other strategic projects.
• Monitor financial performance of portfolio investments.
• Act as a trusted adviser to the CEO on commercial and strategic matters.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors and external advisers.

Required profile

• Commercially minded finance leader with strong analytical and problem‑solving capability.
• Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial environment and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ambitious professional on an upward career trajectory.
• 10‑17 years of finance leadership experience, preferably within Qatar.
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent) with a professional network in Qatar.
• Proven experience in investment analysis, transaction support and financial modelling.
