Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will provide financial leadership across a family office and its investment portfolio, supporting financial management, investment activities and strategic decision‑making. Working closely with the CEO and investment team, the role ensures effective governance, reporting and cash management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow and liquidity management.
• Develop and maintain financial controls and reporting frameworks.
• Prepare and manage financial reporting for the family office and associated entities.
• Support evaluation of investment opportunities, including financial analysis, modelling and valuation.
• Assist with acquisitions, disposals and strategic projects.
• Monitor financial performance across portfolio investments.
• Act as a trusted adviser to the CEO on strategic and commercial decisions.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors and external advisers.

Required profile

• Commercially minded finance leader with strong analytical and problem‑solving capability.
• Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial environment and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ambitious professional on an upward career trajectory.
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent) with 10‑17 years of finance leadership experience.
• Experience in investment analysis, transaction support and financial modelling.
• Existing experience and professional network in Qatar.
