About the role
The Financial Business Support Manager will work closely with the SVP of Financial Business Support to deliver timely management information systems (MIS) and ALCO reports. This role ensures that senior management receives accurate performance data to support decision‑making and to monitor business targets.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute MIS and ALCO reports on schedule.
- Provide regular performance dashboards, flagging variances against targets.
- Conduct initial analysis of under‑ or over‑achievement reasons.
- Support the SVP in delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accountancy or a related field.
- Professional certification (CPA, CA, CMA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a major bank’s financial business support function.
- Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MIS tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of valuation and pricing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of IFRS, IAS and related financial reporting pronouncements.
- Familiarity with accounting rules for banking products.
