Firefighting Technician & Supervisor (Doha, Qatar)

About the role

We are looking for experienced Firefighting Technicians and a Firefighting Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The positions involve hands‑on maintenance, troubleshooting and supervision of fire protection systems across various facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot fire pumps, sprinkler systems, hydrants and hose reels.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance according to schedules and standards.
• Interpret technical drawings and system layouts to support installation and repairs.
• Lead and supervise technical teams (for the Supervisor role).

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant fire protection experience.
• Previous facilities management or maintenance experience is an advantage.
• Exposure to NFPA and QCDD regulations preferred.
• For the Supervisor role, proven experience leading technical teams.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with fire pumps, sprinkler systems, hydrants and hose reels.
• Strong preventive and corrective maintenance capabilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and system layouts.
• Knowledge of NFPA and QCDD fire safety standards.
