Fitness Instructor

About the role

Provide a superior level of fitness instruction to Four Seasons members and guests, delivering high‑quality private and group sessions while upholding the brand’s hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver private and group fitness instruction that meets and exceeds member and guest expectations.
• Handle all member and guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality, including special requests and complaint resolution.
• Develop and execute personalized training plans to achieve health and wellness goals.
• Provide personal trainer shift coverage as scheduled by the Director of Spa to maximize revenue.
• Maintain cleanliness of fitness equipment and locker facilities according to schedule.
• Complete fitness instruction billing in line with Four Seasons accounting procedures.
• Promote personal training services and upsell the full spa menu to internal and external guests.
• Escort guests through fitness, spa locker facilities and pool deck as needed.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of fitness concepts and practices.
• Strong work ethic and excellent people skills.
• Previous relevant work experience in a fitness or hospitality setting.
• Ability to work professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.
• Compliance with Four Seasons Category One and Two work rules.
