Fleet Supply Chain Coordinator – CAMO

About the role

The Fleet Supply Chain Coordinator supports Qatar Airways Technical by managing transactional supply‑chain activities for aircraft maintenance. You will act as the front‑face of the supply chain, procuring spares, components and tools needed to keep the fleet operational.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and review Aircraft Materials Requisitions, source quotes, and negotiate price and delivery terms.
• Prepare Purchase, Exchange and Loan Orders in coordination with Technical Materials Planning, Engineering, Warranty, Logistics and other stakeholders.
• Obtain appropriate Delegation of Authority approval and release orders to approved suppliers.
• Provide inputs for supplier selection based on price, lead time and vendor location.
• Ensure shelf‑life items are procured with at least 80 % remaining life.
• Secure order acknowledgements within 7 days and keep overdue orders below 5 %.

Required profile

• High School/Vocational/Diploma with minimum 3 years relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years experience.
• Good computer‑system knowledge.
• Understanding of parts certification, technical publications, vendor manuals and TPM.
• Familiarity with EASA, FAA and QCAA regulations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
