About the role
The Food and Beverage Attendant will deliver 5‑star service in Qatar Airways premium lounges, ensuring high standards of customer care, safety and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Provide premium food and beverage service according to lounge standards and local customs.
- Maintain mise en place, stock levels and cleanliness throughout each shift.
- Assist customers with queries, create memorable experiences and uphold brand values.
- Collaborate with culinary, front‑of‑house and support teams to ensure seamless operations.
Required profile
- High school qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- 2 + years experience in 4‑ or 5‑star hotel or airline lounge or fine‑dining environment.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and a customer‑centric attitude.
- Professional personal presentation and ability to work in a fast‑paced, diverse team.
Required skills
- Command of the English language.
- Knowledge of premium lounge food and beverage procedures.
