Food & Beverage Coordinator

About the role

As a Food & Beverage Coordinator at MGallery, part of the Accor Group, you will support the F&B leadership team to ensure smooth daily operations, exceptional guest experiences, and efficient administrative processes across all dining outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Food & Beverage management team.
• Coordinate daily communications, schedules, and follow‑ups to keep departmental activities on track.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence related to F&B performance.
• Liaise with kitchen, service, and banquet teams to support events and guest requirements.
• Document and communicate reservations, group requests, and banquet orders accurately.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of office and operational supplies.
• Assist in scheduling training, employee engagement activities, and departmental meetings.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with efficiency and care.
• Uphold company standards and contribute to memorable dining experiences.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations or coordination, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
