About the role
You will support the overall Food & Beverage operation at Souq Al Wakra Hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, a safe environment, and high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the F&B area.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Ensure only the highest quality products are served.
- Develop and maintain a strong team environment.
- Deliver prompt, courteous service in line with brand standards.
- Handle daily team‑member relations and encourage problem‑solving through training and empowerment.
Required profile
- College diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
- Passion for leadership and teamwork.
- Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
- Excellent guest service skills.
