About the role
We are looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Hostess to join our team at Souq Al Wakrah Hotel. You will support the overall F&B operation, helping to maximise guest satisfaction, drive team performance and contribute to the hotel’s business results.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Maintain a safe, clean and sanitary work environment in line with brand standards.
- Ensure only the highest quality products are served to guests.
- Develop and sustain a strong team environment, delivering prompt and courteous service.
- Handle daily team member relations and encourage problem‑solving through proper training and empowerment.
Required profile
- College diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
- Passion for leadership and teamwork.
- Strong eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
- Excellent guest service skills.
