Food & Beverage Server

About the role

The Food & Beverage Server delivers exceptional dining experiences at Our Habitas, providing personalized, attentive service while upholding the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, present menus, explain offerings and provide recommendations.
• Take accurate orders, communicate them to kitchen and bar, and serve food and beverages according to established sequences.
• Prepare service stations, maintain table setup and cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and other departments to ensure timely delivery and replenish beverages.
• Handle guest concerns professionally, support special events and private dining.
• Process transactions via POS, present bills and manage cash, card and room charge payments.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualifications are a plus.
• Previous experience as an F&B Server, waiter or waitress in a luxury hotel, resort or upscale restaurant.
• Good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems and basic cashiering procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards and HACCP principles.
