French Teacher – Doha (starting Aug 2026)

About the role

Doha English Speaking School is seeking a qualified French Teacher to join its dynamic preparatory department beginning in August 2026. The school serves a multicultural community of 45 nationalities and prides itself on an outstanding reputation for academic excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess French language lessons for primary and preparatory students.
• Develop engaging, culturally responsive learning materials aligned with the school’s curriculum.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to maintain high academic standards.
• Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Degree in French, Education, or a related field with transcripts attested and Qatari Embassy‑stamped.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to undergo enhanced safeguarding checks and provide required documentation (ICPC, police clearance, birth and marriage certificates).
• Strong communication skills in English and French.
