About the role
The National Graduate Development Program (NGDP) at QatarEnergy LNG offers fresh Qatari graduates a structured pathway to become fully qualified electrical engineering professionals. Participants will follow an Individual Development Plan (IDP) that includes phased progress reviews and competence‑based training.
Key responsibilities
- Engage in the NGDP training curriculum and competency assessments.
- Support electrical engineering projects and operations at Ras Laffan.
- Contribute to Qatarization targets by applying learned skills in real‑world tasks.
Required profile
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred).
- Fluent verbal and written English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
