Full-Time Pilates Instructor

About the role

Maison Kalléa, a premium women‑only boutique studio in Lusail, Qatar, is seeking a passionate Full‑Time Pilates Instructor. You will lead Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Mat Pilates classes, delivering a luxury experience that empowers women to move better and feel stronger.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding Pilates sessions for clients of all fitness levels.
• Create motivating, safe, and progressive workouts.
• Adapt exercises for injuries, pregnancy, or individual limitations.
• Provide hands‑on corrections and personalized coaching.
• Build strong relationships with members and support their wellness goals.
• Monitor client progress and encourage long‑term engagement.
• Collaborate with the studio team to maintain a premium customer experience.
• Support wellness events and community activities.
• Contribute to the positive energy and reputation of Maison Kalléa.

Required profile

• Passionate about Pilates and movement.
• Loves helping people become stronger and healthier.
• Positive energy, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
• Confident teaching both private and group sessions.
• Thrives in an international, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Certified Pilates Instructor (Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI, Polestar or equivalent).
• Experience teaching Reformer Pilates.
• Experience with Tower and Chair Pilates (highly valued).
• Knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and injury prevention.
• Ability to adapt exercises for diverse populations.
• CPR & First Aid certification (preferred).
• Fluent English (additional languages a bonus).

What we offer

• Salary USD 3,000 – 3,500 per month (based on experience).
