Global Engagement Pilot

About the role

Boeing International Corporation seeks a Global Engagement Pilot based in Doha, Qatar. The role bridges Boeing’s Pilot Services Team with industry stakeholders, regulators, and customers worldwide to enhance flight‑operations safety and product utilization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with regulators, industry bodies, partners, and internal teams.
• Acquire resources, manage suppliers, and lead process improvements for projects.
• Design and execute project and process plans, set operational goals, and implement policies.
• Conduct familiarisation, qualification, standardisation, flight and ground instruction for Boeing and customer aircrew.
• Demonstrate highest standards of crew‑resource management during aircraft operations.
• Mentor, develop, and evaluate pilots, preparing them for safe flight operations.
• Operate Boeing and customer aircraft as Pilot‑in‑Command and Instructor, with up to 50% travel.

Required profile

• Current FAA ATP or EASA ATPL (or equivalent international licence).
• Current FAA or EASA First‑Class Medical certificate.
• Minimum 5,000 hours total flight time in a public‑transport category aircraft.
• Minimum 1,000 hours as a flight instructor.
• Current type rating on B737, B787 or B777.
• Experience as FAA Part 121 Airline Instructor Pilot and/or Line Check Airman (or international equivalent).
• Valid passport and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• International and trans‑oceanic flight experience.
