About the role

The Graduate Trainee Programme at HSBC in Doha is a two‑year rotational scheme designed exclusively for Qatari nationals who have recently graduated. Participants will experience four six‑month placements across key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Complete four six‑month rotations in areas such as Global Banking and Markets, providing exposure to banking operations.
• Engage in a structured mentoring scheme with a senior business mentor.
• Develop communication, influencing and business partnering capabilities through on‑the‑job projects.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to deliver client‑focused solutions.
• Participate in short courses and coaching sessions to enhance teamwork and leadership skills.

Required profile

• Qatari national.
