Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team at Al Messila a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa in Doha. The role focuses on promoting the Marriott brand internally and externally, supporting sales initiatives and enhancing guest experiences through visual communication.

Key responsibilities

• Promote brand awareness and support sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Identify up‑selling opportunities and present enhancements to improve the Marriott experience.
• Assist guests and callers with preview package sales, tours, and event information.
• Verify eligibility for preview packages and schedule tours for Marriott Vacation Club properties.
• Provide complimentary gifts, answer guest inquiries, and ensure accurate message handling.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
• Support team goals, communicate clearly, and uphold quality standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.

• Basic computer literacy for email and telephone systems.
