About the role

This full‑time position at Al Messila, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa in Doha, focuses on promoting Marriott’s brand image and driving revenue through guest engagement and sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Promote internal and external awareness of the Marriott brand.
• Utilise sales techniques to maximise revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Identify up‑sell opportunities and sell enhancements to improve the Marriott experience.
• Encourage guests to purchase or schedule preview package tours and explain presentation details.
• Verify eligibility for preview packages and schedule tours for Marriott Vacation Club properties.
• Provide complimentary gifts such as rewards points or tickets to loyal guests.
• Answer guest inquiries about property facilities and services.
• Accurately receive, record, and relay messages.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and protect confidential information.
• Deliver courteous guest service, anticipate needs, and express genuine appreciation.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.

Required skills

• Clear and professional communication.
• Ability to follow written procedures accurately.
• Physical ability to move objects up to 10 lb and stand or walk for extended periods.
