Graphic Designer – Print Production (On-site)

About the role

Lanyardy® creates customized lanyards, badges, wristbands and other printed products for events and businesses. We are looking for a full‑time Graphic Designer – Print Production to join our production team and ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery of printed items.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor printing equipment for lanyards, badges, cards, stickers and other customized products.
• Prepare customer artwork and production files to exact dimensions, templates, bleed, resolution and print specifications.
• Create and modify designs using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW or similar software.
• Perform pre‑press checks on dimensions, colors, resolution, fonts, alignment and positioning.
• Run heat‑transfer/sublimation, UV, card/badge and other digital printers.
• Set up variable‑data files including names, QR codes, barcodes, photos and job titles.
• Conduct test prints, monitor print quality throughout production and ensure finished products match approved artwork.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations on job requirements, quantities and deadlines.
• Maintain production records of quantities, wastage, rejects and material usage.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of printers.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Printer Operator, Graphic Designer, Pre‑Press Operator or Digital Printing Operator.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; CorelDRAW is an advantage.
• Experience preparing artwork for commercial or digital printing and operating UV, sublimation, heat‑transfer, card or badge printers.
• Understanding of CMYK/RGB, resolution, bleed, vector artwork, print dimensions and colour matching.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple orders under tight deadlines and support urgent high‑volume production.
