Group Marketing Manager

About the role

The Group Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing and e‑commerce initiatives across Al Emadi Enterprises' diverse portfolio, aligning campaigns with the group’s strategic transformation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement an overarching marketing strategy for sectors including real estate, automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, and events.
• Manage cross‑channel campaigns, digital marketing, e‑commerce storefronts, and performance tracking to drive customer acquisition, engagement and revenue.
• Oversee brand management, corporate communications, public relations and high‑stakes product launches across all business units.
• Lead the group‑wide social‑media strategy, content creation, influencer partnerships and paid‑social optimisation.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing marketing team while collaborating with division heads and external agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA or master’s highly advantageous.
• Significant senior‑level marketing experience in a diversified holding company or multiple fast‑paced industries.
• Proven track record of data‑driven campaign execution, e‑commerce growth and social‑media community building.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with deep understanding of the Qatar market.
