Guest Arrival Expert

About the role

The Guest Arrival Expert creates memorable first and last impressions for guests at The Ritz-Carlton Doha. Working on the front‑line, you will guide visitors through arrival and departure, ensuring every interaction feels personal and seamless.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, provide information about the property and local area, and assist with luggage as needed.
• Process operational tasks such as check‑in/check‑out paperwork, reports, and guest requests.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest issues quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment at all times.
• Perform physical duties, including lifting objects up to 50 lb unassisted and up to 75 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle physical tasks.
