About the role
The Guest Arrival Expert creates memorable first and last impressions for hotel guests, guiding them through seamless arrival and departure experiences. Working on the hotel floor, you will be the friendly face that ensures every guest feels welcomed and cared for throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check‑in procedures.
- Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.
- Handle guest requests, operational needs, and incident reports promptly.
- Prepare departure assistance, ensuring a smooth and pleasant check‑out.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific licenses or certifications needed.
