About the role
St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, part of Marriott International, is hiring a Guest Arrival Expert in Doha West Bay, Qatar. The role covers both arrivals and departures, guiding guests through their stay so that first impressions and last moments are memorable. The position is full-time, non-management and based in the hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences
- Process operational needs and address guest requests
- Complete reports and share the highlights of the local area
- Make transactions feel like part of the guest experience
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
- Work on your feet and move around, lifting and carrying objects up to 50 pounds unassisted and heavier ones with assistance
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- No related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
- No license or certification required
