About the role

The Guest Experience Expert (Front Office) at The Ritz‑Carlton Doha is responsible for creating memorable, personalized moments for every guest. Working in a luxury environment, you will uphold the brand’s service standards while ensuring smooth front‑office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and handle reservations.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to deliver seamless service.
• Maintain accurate guest records and front‑desk documentation.
• Assist with the planning and execution of special events and private functions.
• Identify opportunities to exceed guest expectations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
