About the role
As a Guest Relations Agent at St. Regis Doha, you will be the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, ensuring every interaction is memorable and seamless. You will work across the property to anticipate needs, resolve requests, and showcase local highlights, contributing to the brand’s luxury experience.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs such as check‑in, check‑out and documentation.
- Address guest requests promptly, providing personalized solutions.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on guest interactions and service issues.
- Share information about local attractions and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
