Guest Relations Agent

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Guest Relations Agent who will be the first point of contact for our guests at Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha. The role combines Turkish hospitality traditions with the vibrant culture of Doha, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and valued throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests from arrival to departure, providing personalized service.
• Handle check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, maintaining a courteous attitude.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill special requests and ensure seamless experiences.
• Promote Turkish culture and Rixos brand values while showcasing local attractions.
• Maintain accurate records in hotel property management, reservation and CRM systems.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays and busy periods.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism or related field.
• Previous experience in hotel front office, concierge, guest relations or luxury hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to understand and respond to guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Professional presentation, confident interaction with VIP guests.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel property management systems.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with reservation and CRM software.
• Effective email communication.
