Guest Relations Agent

About the role

A warm, dynamic and guest-focused Guest Relations Agent is sought to join the team at Alwadi Doha, a 5-star boutique MGallery hotel in Msheireb Downtown Doha. The agent is the face of the hotel, creating meaningful and memorable experiences for guests through personalized service, attentive care and genuine hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly on arrival, throughout their stay and at departure, and provide personalized, attentive service.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and concerns promptly and professionally, with follow-up and resolution.
• Assist with check-in, check-out, room assignments, reservations and other Front Office operations as required.
• Build strong relationships with guests and coordinate special requests, celebrations, VIP arrivals and guest preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests and feedback, and conduct regular guest interactions to improve service.
• Liaise with other hotel departments and help coordinate guest activities, experiences and special events.
• Promote hotel facilities, services and local experiences, and handle complaints with empathy and professionalism.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, positive and guest-focused attitude, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of hotel systems is a plus.
