Head of Corporate Communication

About the role

The Head of Corporate Communication will lead and govern all corporate communications for Almana Group, ensuring consistent messaging and strong brand equity across the organisation. This senior position reports directly to senior leadership and shapes the Group’s external and internal communication strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Group-wide Corporate Communication Strategy aligned with the Group’s vision and business priorities.
• Create, own, and enforce communication guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging hierarchy for all subsidiaries.
• Oversee brand and reputation management, including issue management and crisis communication readiness.
• Design and manage internal communication plans and the Group newsletter, fostering employee engagement and alignment.
• Supervise creation and approval of corporate announcements, press releases, leadership messages and presentations.
• Act as the main interface for media engagement and coordinate with PR agencies and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably with agency‑to‑in‑house transition.
• Proven track record in producing newsletters, press releases, official statements and leadership communications.
• Native or fluent Arabic speaker with strong command of English.
• Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and senior leadership teams.

Required skills

• Excellent copywriting and editing abilities.
• Professional translation skills (Arabic and English).
