About the role
The Head of Network Infrastructure Operations defines and executes the organization’s network strategy while ensuring operational excellence across all network services. This senior leader oversees the NOC, drives automation, manages security compliance, and leads large‑scale infrastructure modernization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) to ensure proactive monitoring and rapid incident response.
- Define, measure, and continuously improve network SLAs and SLOs.
- Design and implement scalable LAN, WAN, data‑center and cloud architectures, including SD‑WAN, WiFi 6E and SASE.
- Drive network automation using CI/CD pipelines, Ansible, Terraform and Python.
- Partner with Information Security to apply Zero Trust principles and maintain ISO 27001 / SOC 2 compliance.
- Develop disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity plans and conduct regular testing.
- Own CAPEX and OPEX budgets, negotiate with ISPs and hardware vendors, and manage vendor performance.
Required profile
- 12–15 years of experience in network engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record managing large‑scale, multi‑vendor network environments.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and lead high‑pressure teams.

- SD‑WAN, WiFi 6E, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE)
