Head of Real Estate – General Manager

About the role

The diversified investment group is seeking a senior, commercially driven General Manager to lead and grow its Real Estate Business in Qatar. Reporting to the Group CEO, you will own the portfolio’s P&L and drive performance across a mix of commercial, office, warehouse, and accommodation assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall strategy, operations, budgeting, revenue, EBITDA and cash‑flow for the real‑estate portfolio.
• Develop and execute leasing strategies, negotiate rentals, manage renewals and tenant relationships.
• Identify and implement asset‑optimisation initiatives to improve occupancy and profitability.
• Oversee property operations, maintenance, contractors and service providers.
• Assess and pursue redevelopment, repositioning, and new investment opportunities.
• Build, manage and develop a high‑performing real‑estate team and set a 3‑5‑year strategic plan.

Required profile

• 10+ years of real‑estate experience with senior management responsibility.
• Proven track record managing a diversified commercial/industrial portfolio and owning P&L.
• Strong commercial, financial and analytical capabilities.
• Hands‑on leadership style combined with strategic thinking.
• Experience in the Qatar/GCC market is strongly preferred.
