Head of Sales & Marketing – Asia & Africa (Excluding Qatar)

About the role

We are seeking a visionary Head of Sales and Marketing to design and execute international sales and marketing strategies for large-scale real-estate projects across Asia and Africa (excluding Qatar). Based in Doha, the role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership of regional teams, driving revenue for luxury resorts, mega-developments and smart-city initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated sales, leasing and marketing plans for residential and mixed-use developments.
• Prepare annual business plans, forecasts, budgets and growth strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends and target customer segments.
• Lead sales and leasing activities, manage pipelines, negotiate major transactions and maintain investor relationships.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports and ensure budget compliance.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, development, asset-management and project delivery teams.
• Design and oversee regional marketing campaigns and brand positioning.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in real-estate sales, leasing, marketing and business development.
• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience within large-scale developers.
• Proven track record managing multi-country sales operations in GCC, Asia or Africa.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Real Estate.
• Professional fluency in English.
