Health Club Receptionist

About the role

The Health Club Receptionist provides a welcoming first point of contact for guests, handling administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations of the club area. This role supports the overall guest experience by delivering professional service and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and retrieve information in computer databases and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including date‑stamping and distribution.
• Create and maintain both electronic and paper filing systems for records and reports.
• Welcome guests, answer telephone inquiries, and assist individuals with disabilities in accordance with company standards.
• Operate standard office equipment and perform light lifting (≤10 lb) as needed.
• Follow all company policies, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets.
• Perform additional duties as requested by supervisors.
