Health Science Teacher

About the role

The Health Science Teacher will design and deliver engaging learning experiences that support students' intellectual, emotional, physical, and social development. The role aims to equip learners with the competencies needed for success in higher education and broader society.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and implement health science lessons and activities.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Provide high‑quality instruction aligned with curriculum standards.
• Demonstrate professional responsibilities and adhere to school policies.
• Adapt to changes productively and manage additional tasks as assigned.
• Support the mission, vision, and values of ISME School.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Teaching license or certificate preferred.
• Current licensure, certification, or registration by a nationally recognized accrediting agency as a health professions practitioner.
• At least two years of full‑time experience as a health professions practitioner.
• Prior teaching experience in accredited schools is desirable.
