Heating Air Conditioning Technician

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Heating Air Conditioning Technician to join our maintenance team. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of HVAC equipment in commercial and industrial settings.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair split AC, window AC, package units, and centralized HVAC systems.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in air‑conditioning equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Check compressors, refrigerant levels, thermostats, motors, and electrical connections.
• Ensure proper operation of chillers, fan‑coil units (FCU) and air‑handling units (AHU).
• Respond to maintenance complaints and emergency breakdowns.
• Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
• Prepare maintenance reports and service records.

Required profile

• Diploma/ITI in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience as an AC technician.
• Experience in facility management or maintenance projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
