Heating & Air Conditioning Technician

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Heating & Air Conditioning Technician to join Al Ali Engineering Co.WLL in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems across commercial and industrial sites.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service and troubleshoot split, package, VRF/VRV and central air‑conditioning units.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical and refrigeration faults and carry out repairs.
• Handle refrigerant charging, leak detection, vacuuming and pressure testing.
• Read and interpret HVAC drawings, manuals and technical specifications.
• Maintain accurate service records and report issues to the supervisor.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and urgent maintenance requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with HVAC systems, preferably in Qatar.
• Ability to work safely and follow company safety procedures.
• Good communication skills to report findings and coordinate with the team.
