Heavy Equipment Operator

About the role

We are looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The role involves operating a variety of construction machinery safely and efficiently on infrastructure, industrial and building projects.

Key responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, wheel loaders and backhoe loaders according to project requirements.
• Perform daily pre‑operation inspections and report any mechanical or safety issues.
• Follow site safety procedures, operational instructions and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic condition of the assigned equipment.
• Coordinate with supervisors and site teams to complete tasks efficiently.
• Adhere to all applicable health, safety and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator.
• Good understanding of equipment safety and operating procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
• Reliable, responsible and safety‑conscious.
• Candidates currently residing in Qatar are preferred; immediate availability is highly valued.
• Experience in Qatar or GCC is an advantage.
