Hostess – Guest Reception at Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Hostess is the first and last impression of guests’ dining experience at The Ritz-Carlton Doha. You will warmly welcome guests, manage seating arrangements, and ensure a seamless flow from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their tables with a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Manage reservations and waiting lists, coordinating with the restaurant team to optimise seating.
• Maintain the lobby and host stand area in a clean, organized, and presentable condition.
• Communicate guest preferences and special requests to service staff.
• Assist with guest inquiries, provide information about the venue, and handle any immediate concerns.
