Hostess – Guest Services

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Hostess to join our team at Dokya, an exclusive dining concept located in the heart of Souq Waqif, Doha. As the first point of contact for guests, you will ensure a warm welcome and a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements.
• Greet guests, answer inquiries and provide assistance throughout their visit.
• Maintain an organized waiting area and keep the host desk tidy.
• Collaborate with the service team to uphold NHG’s standards of excellence.
• Handle phone calls professionally and relay information accurately.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with guests and team members.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in reservation management or a similar hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to stay poised and professional in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
