Hotel Manager

About the role

The Hotel Manager will oversee all operational outlets of the Marsa Malaz Kempinski in Doha, ensuring smooth daily business, profitability, and high quality standards. The role includes acting as the General Manager’s deputy and leading projects and concepts within the team.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize sales and coordinate all operational processes across departments.
• Substitute the General Manager during his absence and represent the hotel in external matters.
• Maintain communication between the General Manager, department heads, and team leaders.
• Implement annual reviews, promotions, development plans, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with the GM.
• Lead safety, security, fire protection, and emergency procedures in line with regulations.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and sales optimization through promotional activities.
• Monitor quality of public and back‑of‑house spaces, technical conditions, and daily department performance.
• Drive cross‑functional projects, forecast and yield management for rooms, and ensure optimal utilization of the Logis range.

Required profile

• Extensive Food & Beverage background in luxury hospitality.
• Prior experience as Director of Operations, Executive Assistant Manager, or similar senior F&B leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and improve operational processes.
• Strong knowledge of safety, security, and regulatory compliance in hotel environments.
