Housekeeping Room Attendant

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and refresh guest rooms to the brand’s standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist guests with requests such as missing items, directions, or amenities.
• Communicate any issues, progress, or supply needs to the supervising manager.
• Monitor inventory, control waste, and report shortages.
• Locate and return lost or misplaced guest items.
• Participate in deep‑clean projects and periodic housekeeping initiatives.

Required profile

• Physical stamina to remain on feet for most of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb (23 kg) and push/pull heavy objects.
• Comfort with bending, kneeling, and other housekeeping movements.
• Basic literacy – reading, writing, and simple math.
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
