Housekeeping Supervisor – 5‑Star Club

About the role

The Housekeeping Supervisor will lead the housekeeping team at a premium social club, ensuring all areas meet 5‑star cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards for members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations across gym areas, changing rooms, pool surroundings, lounges and back‑of‑house facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections, address any issues promptly and maintain inspection records.
• Allocate staff, monitor attendance, grooming and performance, and provide training and daily briefings.
• Manage supplies, inventory and waste control, and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
• Handle member requests and complaints, ensuring swift resolution and VIP confidentiality.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality, Hotel Management or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of housekeeping experience in a 5‑star hotel, luxury club or resort, with prior supervisory experience.
• Experience managing multicultural teams and using inspection checklists.
