About the role
Al Rayah Driving School is looking for a proactive HR Assistant to support its human resources team in Doha. The role focuses on managing the full recruitment cycle and providing day‑to‑day HR administrative support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening and interview coordination.
- Source candidates through online job portals and social media platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Schedule interviews and liaise with hiring managers to ensure smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment records.
- Assist with onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Required profile
- Previous experience in HR, preferably with a focus on recruitment.
- Familiarity with major job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in Qatar or the GCC is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Good command of MS Office suite.
