About the role
The company seeks an experienced HR Audit & Governance Specialist to lead a comprehensive HR audit and transformation initiative over a six‑month period. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance, improve documentation, and embed robust governance practices.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct audits of physical and electronic employee files.
- Review HR processes for compliance with local labour regulations.
- Identify documentation gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Develop HR policies, procedures, and archive management systems.
- Enhance HR governance, documentation control, and workflow efficiency.
- Deliver knowledge‑transfer sessions to the HR team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
- Minimum 10 years of HR management and audit experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, labour laws, and governance practices.
- Preferred SHRM, CIPD or HR Auditor certification.
Required skills
- HRIS proficiency.
- HR compliance and documentation control.
- Process improvement and policy development.
