About the role
Trifid Media Qatar is seeking a full‑time Human Resources Coordinator to join its Doha office. The role supports daily HR operations, ensuring smooth onboarding, compliance, and employee services across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR documentation.
- Assist with onboarding, off‑boarding, and HR compliance activities.
- Administer benefits, track attendance and leave, and respond to employee inquiries.
- Support recruitment by scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing candidate communications.
- Help organize training sessions, HR‑related events, and internal communications.
Required profile
- Foundational HR knowledge with experience in day‑to‑day HR operations.
- Experience in benefits administration and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of Qatar Labour Law, labor compliance, and employment regulations.
- Familiarity with Ministry of Labour (MOL) systems, work permits, residency permits, sponsorship transfers, and visa processes.
- Knowledge of Wage Protection System (WPS) and payroll compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
